About Aeroplan

For over 30 years, Aeroplan has been helping members get more value from their day-to-day interactions with leading brands while earning billions of Aeroplan miles.

What started as a regular frequent flyer program is now Canada’s premier coalition loyalty program. With a community five-million members strong, Aeroplan now has 75 world class partners representing more than 150 brands in the financial, retail, and travel sectors, and more than 150 online retail partners via the Aeroplan eStore.

In 2017, Aeroplan members redeemed approximately 2 million flight rewards – enough to fill 30 Boeing 777s every day of the year – and 700,000 non-air rewards including merchandise, gift cards, hotel stays, car rentals, and more.

We continue to push the boundaries of travel rewards programs in Canada by providing a variety of flexible options: one-way flight rewards, ability to book up to two hours in advance, ability to cancel for a refund[1]; ability to insure miles redeemed for flights; and, our members can redeem miles against taxes, fees, and surcharges when booking a flight reward.

As we seek to build the next generation of Aeroplan, we are committed to delivering a program that redefines rewards, preserving a competitive value redemption proposition for members with industry leading airlines.
